Drink slowly mixing with your saliva before you swallow which starts the digestive process.



1 cup – Almond Milk or Rice Milk

1 cup – Strawberries, blue berries or raspberries (fresh or frozen )

1 cup – Raw Kale

1 Scoop – Protein Powder

1tsp – Flax Seed

4 Ice Cubes

1.5 tsp – Moringa

Green Stevia (optional) sold in ACPM office


Put milk and other ingredients into blender and process until smooth.  Pour into a glass and serve.
