Who needs an oven, flour, or sugar when you can make beautiful and delicious raw desserts that taste fresh and are satisfying. Raw desserts blended with nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables bring together natural raw ingredients that are mouth watering. Raw food dessert recipes are amazing. Healthy, tasty, and free from all the sugar, flour, butter and cream of traditional recipes, but with a taste that will make you say, I can not believe this is raw food. Raw desserts are ideal for anyone who loves sweets but is challenging to avoid refined carbohydrates and sugars, dairy products, and unhealthful fats. Any dessert you can make cooked–pies, custards, puddings, cookies, and cakes,–you can make raw. Come learn how to make some sweet treats without all of the harmful sweeteners. We will only be using agave, honey and dates as sweeteners in these recipes. Your family and friends will never know these desserts are raw and healthy, since they taste as rich and sweet as their traditional counterparts.
You will leave the class with a “purely simple” gift bag that will include delicious tasting recipes, suggested grocery lists, and a list of kitchen gadgets that would be found helpful when preparing your plant-based meals.
