- You will be asked if you have a practitioner associated with your account – click “YES”

- Click on gray box to validate doctor – You should see American Clinic for Prevention appear
Step 3 – Helping to Understand You as our Customer
- Complete highlighted fields: 1 & 2 are required information
- Fields 3-6 are optional only
- FINAL STEP: Click on “Complete Account Creation” button found at the bottom right of the page
Shopping Info
- Click on – E-link Your Practitioner’s Recommended Products (located in green box on the left of page)
- Choose – Referred by Practitioner – next enter – Dr. William Richardson
- You can choose from the clinic’s list of recommended products and/or search for other products listed on the website.
- After you have selected your items click on “Checkout” in the top right corner to verify your shopping cart.
- Click “Proceed to Checkout” if this is your first time order and you can put a credit card on file and click “Express Checkout” for your future visits to this secured website.
- Select the address you want your products shipped to
- Select the shipping method
- Enter in credit card information for payment
- Review Order
- Complete Order
