This exam is conducted from a preventive perspective meaning that we are paying close attention to identifiable lifestyle habits that can cause disease. 

Our yearly wellness exams and labs can detect abnormalities before symptoms manifest. We give you tools that can prevent and break generational cycles of dis-ease.This is a great opportunity for healthy people, the uninsured, and people with high deductible insurance policies.

What to expect from your medical exam:

  • A 30-minute physical examination and review of current and past medical history
  • Routine lab test
  • Special diagnostic testing as medically necessary
  • Supplement recommendation. as medically necessary ( not included in price)
  • Electrocardiogram ( EKG) – not included
  • A review of dietary principle and lifestyle changes that can prevent, reverse or stabilize health challenges.
  • A referral to Specialist as needed
  • Diagnosis of a disease may not be confirmed on your first visit. Treatment plans are not typically presented at this visit.
  • Follow-up appointment will be scheduled ( additional fee )
  • Patients will be given two follow-up visits if special diagnostic testing was recommended. In order to ensure continuity of care we will schedule your annual visit for the following year at your first appointment.

Comprehensive Medical Exams

This exam is for patients who have complaints, chronic disease diagnosis, disease symbols or who have not been successfully diagnosed.

What to expect from your medical exam:

  • A 60-minute physical examination and review of current and past medical history
  • Routine lab test
  • Special diagnostic testing as medically necessary
  • Supplement recommendation. as medically necessary ( not included in price)
  • Electrocardiogram ( EKG)
  • Alkaline and Acidic PH Testing
  • Iridology Exam
  • A review of dietary principle and lifestyle changes that can prevent, reverse or stabilize health challenges.
  • A referral to Specialist as needed
  • Diagnosis of a disease may not be confirmed on your first visit. Treatment plans are not typically presented at this visit.
  • Follow-up appointment scheduled will be scheduled.
  • Patients will be given two follow-up visits if special diagnostic testing was recommended. In order to ensure continuity of care we will schedule your annual visit for the following year at your first appointment.

Follow-Up Medical Exams

During this visit, the doctor will review the results of any lab work including special testing, routine lab results, as well as imaging test results and answer any additional questions. Depending on your medical condition, you may need to have more Follow-Up Visits, additional testing, and therapies. But most patients can expect only one exam per year unless you have a chronic disease that requires monitoring. At the end of the follow-up exam, you will be scheduled for your next yearly wellness exam for the following year and medical nutrition therapy if needed.

Follow-Up Visit Frequency

The number of follow-up visits will depend on the nature of your health challenge and treatment plan. Many of our patients’ health improves significantly after a few visits and with their commitment to making those lifestyle and dietary changes may be impacting their health. Some patients come to us in an active disease state and may require several visits before they are able to manage their own health.
