Sometimes, we do not chew our food well enough, leaving certain nutrients trapped so as to pass straight through the digestive tract without gaining their benefit. Thus, incorporating blending and/or green juicing helps break down nutrients so all of the nutrients are released from the cell walls and are easier to absorb. There are several benefits to eating blended raw foods (smoothies, raw soups, etc.), beyond their convenience. Blending is a great way to consume fruits and vegetables.
Juicing is an easy and tasty way to give your body the nutrients it needs. Juicing has been credited with alleviating everything from skin diseases and immune disorders to cancer and high blood pressure. Juicing allows your body to absorb the vitamins and antioxidants extracted from fresh produce easily. Rather experienced or new to the juicing scene, attendees to this class will have the opportunity to taste freshly made juice. If you are interested in trying out juicing, it is important to understand the purpose of juicing, its’ benefits, and the best way for you to incorporate juice into your daily lifestyle. We will give a detailed juicing demonstration while discussing many juicing options, such as what types of juicers to buy and what types of vegetables, fruits, and greens to juice. Come sample healthy goodness. Juicing can be life-changing!
In this class we will prepare 6 blends and juices that will:

She is health conscious, a certified Life Coach, a vegan and raw food chef and has been cooking and preparing high nutritional plant- based foods for her family and friends for over 20 years. You will find her to be friendly, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable. Known for creating fun and engaging workshops to assist all in making transformational lifestyle choices, Quinnie incorporates the wisdom of healthy nutrition and more. Enthusiastic about living a healthy and vibrant life and inspiring others to do so too, Quinnie is very familiar with the challenges and pitfalls that you may encounter as you try to embrace a healthier lifestyle. Furtherance, as a mother of six (6) children, she is able to share recipes the whole family will enjoy. She will demonstrate and tell you about different recipe ingredients for basic and gourmet plant-based meals. You will love her Raw Banana Pudding and Raw Apple Pie.
In addition, Quinnie joyfully prepares vegan and raw preparation demonstrations and cooking classes for home-based parties and corporate events. Quinnie is committed to helping people find a path to optimal health and vitality.
