• Our flat fee plan is designed to provide you with full unlimited access to primary health services when you need it. • You can immediately start using the medical services provided by the plan upon enrollment. • Since there are no copayments or deductibles you are empowered and encouraged to tend to your health care needs without worrying about additional expenses and financial burden. • The initial and annual physical gives you a baseline of your health and medical needs which allows you to identify and treat problems early. • There is no limit to the amount of primary care visits. This allows you to receive required assessments and regular treatments without worrying about the expense. • If you feel sick or get injured during the weekend, no worry, Urgent Care Services are available 7 days a week.
