What will you learn? In this 2 hour hands-on workshop you will learn how to safely brew, bottle and flavor your own Kombucha and Kefir plus how to make hand-crafted Kimchee from scratch. You will also get to take home your own Kombucha, Kefir and Kimchee starter batch to continue the fermenting process.
Store bought Kombucha, Kefir and Kimchee is expensive and you can make your own for pennies per ounce. Therapeutic properties may be compromised due to with commercial companies.
$125 includes 2 sessions on how to brew your own Kombucha with a mother SCOBY, flavor and filter 1/2 gallon of kombucha, how to make Coconut Kefir and hand crafted Kimchee and all fermentation supplies including the SCOBY.- Session One: November 5th, 4-6pm
