In this hands-on class, participants will learn how to prepare delicious blended drinks(smoothies), fruit and vegetable juices, plant milk’s, healing and raw gourmet dishes, vegan cooked dishes, raw desserts all plant-based nutrients dense and mostly gluten-free and organic. We will arm you with the tools needed to begin preparing scrumptious dishes that taste good and is good for you and the planet. Your family and friends won’t believe vegan food can taste so good!

Class Description:
In this class, there is a heavy emphasis on raw-living food preparation. I will share with you some delicious simple cooked recipe staples that we’ve served for years that people love.
A healthy diet is essential for optimal health. If you are not currently experiencing the level of health you desire; suffering from fatigue; weight gain; or other health concerns, chances are you can significantly improve your life by learning to feed your body the foods it is best designed to handle.
This class will introduce you to healing and gourmet raw foods, and cooked vegan food and veganism as a lifestyle versus a diet. We will discuss the science behind healthy vegan foods and health benefits.
You will leave this class truly inspired & motivated, as you will know how to prepare delicious healthy dishes that taste good! Come hungry and ready to learn!

How to transition safely and sensibly to a vegan lifestyle
How to handle eating out, social situations and family influences
How to deal with cravings
How to make fast, easy, tasty vegan cooked and raw foods – snacks, meals, and beverages
How to build your vegan kitchen – using blenders, gadgets, dehydrators, and juicers
How to grow your own sprouts discussion and demonstration
