One of the fastest ways to ‘renew’ your health or stay healthy is by adding the component of exercise into your lifestyle. Age or fitness level has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not you’ll be successful, what matters is that you find an activity that gets you off the couch, and you truly enjoy. Remember to always start off slowly and build up your stamina. It’s not supposed to be a ‘sprint’, make your efforts a ‘marathon.’
