Suggested Usage: 

To help control High Blood Pressure, both the dosage and the timing of B.P. Balance Plus may be adjusted or modified for the person, on an individual basis, below is a suggested protocol.

Categories for Blood Pressure levels in Adults. Systolic is the top number and diastolic is the bottom number.

  • Normal Blood Pressure is less than 120 systolic and less than 80 diastolic.
  • Pre-hypertension is from 120 -139 systolic and 80-89 diastolic. (Take 2-3 pills before bedtime)
  • High Blood Pressure

Stage 1- 140-159 systolic or 90-99 diastolic(Take 1 pill before lunch, 1 before dinner and then 2 to 3 pills before bedtime or take 2 pills late in the afternoon and 2-3 before bedtime)

Stage 2- 160 or higher systolic or 100 or higher diastolic(Take 2 pills before lunch, 2 before dinner, then 2 to 4 pills at bedtime.)

It is best to take B.P. Balance Plus on an empty stomach but it can be taken with food.

The other effect that B.P. Balance Plus may have on the body is that by taking 1 to 2 pills before bedtime, may help overcome insomnia and improve sleep.

B.P. Balance Plus also may help with anxiety by taking 1 to 2 pills when needed.
