HOW TO "PREVENT"
BREAST CANCER

1. Avoid High Consumption of FOODS, DRINKS, and MEDICINES that contain Methylxanthins, including: Caffeinated Products, Teas, Coffee, Chocolate, Soft Drinks, 
& Various Drugs.

2. Avoid a High Fat, High Protein, High Dairy, High Meat Diet.

3. Do have Children and especially at an earlier age.

4. Avoid wearing a bra 24 hours per day: take a break!

5. Do Breast Feed at least 2 years.

6. No Smoking or Alcohol.

7. Do Eat Organic, Unprocessed Food as much as possible (and avoiding 
Commercial, Non-Organic
 food that is laced with Toxins and Carcinogens  
including FAST & JUNK FOOD).

8. Avoid Radiation Exposure and Environmental Pollution.

9. Do Get Plenty of Exercise: Internal and External.

10. Avoid Obesity, especially in the Abdominal Area (Do Your Crunches and 
Aerobics!!!)

11. Avoid White Bread "glue" and include Lots of Fiber in the Diet.

12. Eliminate Chronic Constipation and Sluggish Liver.

14. Eliminate or Minimize Oral Contraceptive "Pills" (The Pill) and Medications 
containing Estrogen. Lower Estrogen Levels by any SAFE means
necessary.

15. Do Consume Plenty of carrots and green leafy vegetables high in Beta Carotene.

16. Do Take Herbs and Nutritional Supplements to promote normal Estrogen and 
Hormonal balance.

17. Avoid Aborting in the 1st trimester of Pregnancy, Teenage Pregnancy and 
Early Puberty.
